Nunzia’s 48-hour dough, peeled plum tomatoes, fior di latte and basil, packed chilled in our Portici kitchen and at your door in one to three days. You stretch, you top, you bake. It tastes of the vico.

Il muro dei manifesti
The dough room has stood in the same vico for thirty-nine years.
Dal 1987
Nunzia Iovine learned dough from her father behind the oven on the Granatello, three streets from the sea. The biga goes on at six on Monday morning, the balls are rolled on Wednesday and rest in the cold until they leave.
Ciro packs them with the tomatoes and cheese in the back room and drives the chilled van to the depot himself. If a box goes missing, it is his phone that rings.
Le targhe
Prices are for the whole box and include the ice packs. Delivery is a flat €9 in Italy, and nothing at all over €60.

L’edicola del forno
A Neapolitan pizza wants a floor near 450 °C. Most kitchens can’t get there, so every kit comes with a card for your oven: how long to rest the dough, how hot, how many minutes. The builder writes yours.

Avviso
People tape them up when they come to collect. We copy out the ones that arrive by post.
First time the cornicione puffed up like the photos. The kids call Thursday pizza day now.
The Domenica box fed nine of us at my father’s seventieth. Two balls left over, fried the next morning.
Home oven, steel on the top shelf, five and a half minutes. Exactly what the card said.
Bought the peel after burning my wrist on a baking tray. Should have done it years ago.
Cosacca with basil from my own balcony. Perfetto.
What people ask Nunzia when they collect
Three days in the fridge from the day it arrives, in its sealed tray. Take the balls out two hours before you stretch them so they relax.
Yes. Put a steel or a thick stone on the top shelf, heat it to the top of the dial for 45 minutes, and follow the home-oven card in your box: five to six minutes, grill on for the last one.
Four 250 g dough balls, a jar of peeled plum tomatoes, fior di latte (or the cheese the kit names), basil, a small bottle of oil, flour for the bench and your oven card.
We do, to Sicily and Sardinia in three days for €15. The box stays cold for 72 hours, so it arrives fine; we only ship Monday and Tuesday to the islands.
The day they arrive, yes — wrapped one by one, for up to a month. Thaw them overnight in the fridge and give them three hours at room temperature.
Send a photo to forno@vicofuoco.it the same day and we send a new box or refund it. Unopened tools can come back within 30 days.
Il portone
Parties, team lunches, a christening in the garden: tell us how many pizzas and when, and Nunzia writes back within a day with a box, a price and a date.
